A Third-generation trade unionist.

Standing up for working people isn’t just what I do, it’s who I am.

empowering your voice

I became a local rep because I believed our members deserved somebody in their corner when it mattered most.

Since then, I’ve served as a company council rep, Deptford branch secretary, South East Regional Council assistant secretary.

And in 2024, I was elected to serve on our National Executive Committee, where I also became a pension trustee.

BUT TITLES DON’T MATTER. WHAT MATTERS IS THE WORK.

Defending members in pay negotiations, disputes and conduct hearings.

Building stronger organisation, as I’ve done at Southeastern alongside Regional Organiser John Parsons and great reps.

Winning recognition for Mitie cleaners at London Bridge and Charing Cross.

Supporting wider union work, like filming H&S reps educational videos

Our union is strongest when every member has a voice, every rep is empowered.
